At Cranleigh Church of England Primary School, we incorporate our Christian values: friendship, hope, forgiveness, thankfulness, compassion and endurance, into all that we do. These values are integrated within our curriculum to equip our learners for an ever changing world. By acknowledging all aspects of every child’s development we can support them to gain confidence and enthusiasm for learning within an appropriate setting for risk-taking. The learning, achievements, attitudes and well-being of every member of our community is considered and celebrated.
As a distinctively Christian school all members of our school community are on a voyage of discovery and learning together in order to be the best that we can be. We provide a learning environment that facilitates and challenges aspirations, celebrates achievement and ignites curiosity. Individuals are encouraged to take, make and solve:
- take responsibility for their own learning and that of others
- make informed choices between different opportunities
- solve problems presented to them
By working in partnership with families, the community and school team we will nurture the well-being of individuals in a safe, secure environment. Together we can share high expectations for behaviour for learning.
