Uniform Expectations
'Wearing a uniform...can be successfully incorporated into a broader school improvement process which includes the development of a school ethos and the improvement of behaviour and discipline.' (Education Endowment Foundation).
We are a school with high expectations and this includes the uniform our children wear. We also understand that uniform can provide children with an identity and develop a sense of community.
Please take the remainder of this half-term to source any required items of uniform, as per our policy below and as per standard school expectations. However, from Tuesday 16th April, the first day back after Easter, we will be following up on a daily basis with any family whose child is not wearing the correct uniform. This may also include providing more appropriate footwear for your child to change into.
Please note; trainers, UGGS and any type of boots are not allowed.
Please click HERE for examples of school shoes from £8 and HERE for shoes from £6.99.
For parents of children who may have sensory difficulties or accessibility needs, our SEND team will be happy to discuss any uniform adjustments required. Please contact Mrs Mills or Miss Meade on 01483 273286 for more information.
Our Uniform Policy can be viewed HERE.
If you have any concerns regarding the cost of uniform, please do get in touch with the main office. We are only too happy to help find a solution. This may, for example, include signposting you to pre-loved items.
We thank you in advance for your support.
